How does a real estate referral partnership work?

Buyers and developers deal in foreign currency at the deposit, at closing and at every payment in between. You introduce them to FinXtra, we handle the currency side, and you stay focused on the property. Your client gets transparent rates and a full breakdown of costs before they commit, and we agree partnership terms with you case by case.

Every cross-border property deal carries a hidden currency cost

Most deals with international buyers, sellers or developers are exposed to exchange rate risk at several points, and often nobody is managing it. That is value lost for your clients, and a missed chance for you to help.

A margin buried in the bank rate
Banks often build their margin into the exchange rate instead of showing it as a fee, so buyers rarely see what the conversion really cost.
Slow, opaque wire transfers
Bank-to-bank international transfers can be slow and unclear on cost. Your clients deserve to know what they pay and when the money lands.
The rate moves between offer and closing
The exchange rate can shift between the offer and the closing date, changing what a purchase really costs in the buyer's currency.

Who this partnership is for

Agents with international buyers or sellers
Your clients pay deposits and closing costs in a foreign currency and want a clean, reliable way to do it.
Developers selling to foreign buyers
Foreign buyers often pay in stages. FinXtra helps them send each payment and lock a rate for a known payment date with a forward contract.
Developers collecting in several currencies
Receive and manage funds in the currencies your buyers use. Ask us about multi-currency accounts.
