An FX facility that lets you hedge without tying up cash
Qualifying clients can lock exchange rates with forward contracts without an upfront collateral requirement, through a credit facility, subject to approval.

What is an FX facility?
An FX facility is a credit line from a foreign exchange provider that lets you enter forward contracts without posting cash margin upfront. Instead of tying up working capital, you hedge against currency moves using the facility. Through FinXtra, the facility does not conflict with your existing banking and financial relationships.
Who uses an FX facility
How an FX facility works with FinXtra
Why not just post cash margin?
Some providers ask for cash margin upfront, and can ask for more if the market moves against you. A facility can free that cash for operations. The trade-off is that a facility is credit, so it is subject to approval and to the terms set by our partner.
